3. Data will be processed for contact purposes for the preparation of a response to the submitted application.
4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. referred to in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR), consisting in ensuring the response to incoming requests and investigation or repulsion of potential claims arising from the inquiry sent via the contact form.
5. Data will be stored for 1 year from the time of response to the submitted application.
6. Data may be transferred to companies of PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. Group in connection with the preparation of the response to the submitted application. Data may be given to entities processing personal data on behalf of PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A., including entities operating IT systems, keeping external archives of documentation - however, such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. and only in accordance with its instructions.
7. Each person has the right to: access their data, request their rectification, erasure and restriction of their processing, as well as to object to the processing of data.
