Five-year transformation as a basis for further development
The long-term strategy of PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. is being implemented in two stages. The first covers the years 2015-2020, in which we focused on the transformation from a reliable company with great potential - to a modern company, presenting world standards in most areas. At the same time we created an engaging workplace supported by modern tools. This is the foundation for the second stage of the company's development, planned until 2030.
The preparation of the further development plan - for 2020-2030 - was carried out in multiple stages, with the participation of employees, at all levels of the organisation. In particular, we focused on digitisation, sustainability and the people who form the core of our business. The result of our joint work is Strategy 2030, which takes into account the needs of our employees and partners and prepares us for the upcoming challenges of a dynamically changing environment.
