Przemysław Skibiński is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź, majoring in Computer Science and Econometrics. He also completed postgraduate studies in management accounting and controlling in capital groups at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and in real estate valuation at the Investment and Real Estate Department of the University of Łódź. He has attended numerous courses and trainings on the application of IFRS/IAS, consolidation of financial statements, transfer pricing, bookkeeping, valuations and enterprise value management.
 
 He started his career as a financial analyst in the pharmaceutical industry. He then worked with the investment fund Penta Investments as a person responsible for developing financial models and valuations for the ongoing acquisition process. He started his cooperation with the PGE Group in 2008. He held analytical and managerial positions in financial areas in companies such as PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka S.A., PGE Elektrownia Bełchatów S.A. and PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A.. From 2021 to 2023 he was associated with PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. as Director of the Finance Division responsible for the areas of controlling, treasury, risk, insurance, taxes, reporting and accounting.
