At a time when PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. was undergoing dynamic modernisation, a good strategic plan was essential to meet all the challenges facing the company. The reorganisation of PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A. began in 2015, focusing on quality, understanding customer needs and open dialogue. At the same time, we created an engaging workplace supported by modern tools. The transformation of PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A., that we carried out, involved about 130 initiatives implemented in 2015-2020, monitored transparently and regularly in terms of progress and effects achieved. It reflected our aspirations to build railways as a first-choice transport mode. Today, we are proud to present our journey to becoming a company offering world-class services.
