Code of conduct
The Standards of Ethics are a set of rules of conduct applicable to all employees. It is a "navigation" to help you quickly see what behaviour is expected in our organisation. It is based on the key values that guide the entire Group: Partnership, Development, Responsibility.
The most important document is the PGE Capital Group Code of Ethics.
The PGE Capital Group Code of Ethics is a set of values and principles binding in the entire PGE Group.
The values and principles binding in the PGE Capital Group are defined in the PGE Capital Group Code of Ethics and in the Policies, and the management, employees and persons acting for and on behalf of PGE Capital Group companies are obliged to observe them.
We only cooperate with business partners who conduct their business activities in an honest manner. We operate on the basis of transparent and objective principles that comply with applicable laws and clearly defined internal procedures.

Reporting irregularities, violations and abuses
We guarantee the protection of Whistleblowers, i.e. persons who, in good faith, report cases and suspicions of ethical violations, including employees, colleagues and business partners of PGE Energetyka Kolejowa. If you have observed: fraud, corruption, security violations, harassment, discrimination, or any other transgression of the ethical principles we commit to in the Code of Ethics and our Policies, please report it to us.

We would like to inform you that we will only respond to messages concerning activities that violate the principles of the PGE Capital Group Code of Ethics and contradict the notion of fair business. Your report will be handled immediately by an authorised employee of the PGE SA Compliance Department.
Personal data and other information provided shall remain confidential until the informant consents to the disclosure of all or part of such information.
