The best for the fourth time - PKP Energetyka with the title of TOP Employer!

On Thursday, January 20, during a gala ceremony, PKP Energetyka won the prestigious TOP Employer title for the fourth time, awarded to the best employers in Poland. The certification was conducted by TOP Employers Institute, which in the evaluation process takes into account such areas as talent search, HR strategy, training and development or building a diverse workplace.

The certification was conducted by TOP Employers Institute, which in the evaluation process takes into account such areas as talent search, HR strategy, training and development or building a diverse workplace.

In the current edition of the survey, we achieved 80.88% and improved our score from last year by almost 4 percentage points. The areas in which we recorded the greatest progress are building a welcoming workplace (well-being)  [a 22% increase],  career development [a 17% increase] and leadership [an 11% increase].

The Top Employers Institute is a global authority on the study of the working environment. To date, the Institute has certified more than 1,857 organizations in 123 countries.

The certification is based on an evaluation of 600 practices implemented at the company regarding the creation of stable and friendly working conditions, hiring processes, induction, motivation and development of employees.
