The PKP Energetyka Group is ready to ensure the continuity of electricity supply to rail transportation and other customers, including consumers, in connection with the declaration of an epidemic emergency in Poland due to SARS-CoV-2 by the Minister of Health on March 13, 2020.

Remote working has been introduced for employees in order to minimize the risk of impaired movement around the country or access to the Company's facilities, and ongoing information has been launched for employees on policies and practices to minimize the risk of exposure to the virus in the workplace, in travel and at home.

Employees of PKP Energetyka participate in the work of the emergency staff of the railroad infrastructure manager PKP PLK. The ongoing cooperation is aimed at ensuring the continuity of operation of the entire rail power infrastructure.

All procedures to ensure the safety of employees and continuity of business operations are adjusted on an ongoing basis in accordance with developments. The Company continues to work closely with its partners and is in constant contact with State authorities in preparation for the possible effects of an epidemic.
