"This year's award, given in one of the most prestigious certifications for employers, is particularly significant because it confirms the long-term positive effects of the change in organizational culture that we have implemented in recent years. Turbulent times require employers to respond adequately to the changing needs of employees and engage in regular dialog. I would like to thank the entire Team, with whom we have jointly developed a plan to achieve the position of employer of choice and are consistently implementing it," says Wojciech Orzech, CEO of PKP Energetyka.

The company's development and transformation is best illustrated by the year-on-year growth in the various areas under review. As for the deployment of new employees, the Company started 2019 with a ceiling of 43%, currently this rate remains at around 68%. Confirmation of the right direction of our activities is also provided by the commitment of more than 4,000 employees, which has remained at a very high level for several years. The result of almost 70% significantly exceeds the sector average, placing us among the best employers, and is a motivation for us to carry out more projects" comments Anna Przygoda, Director of the Human Resources Department.
